Applications for the Virgil T. Blossom Scholarship are available on all North East District high school campuses. The application deadline varies per campus, so visit your counselor's office and ask for more information.

To qualify for the scholarship, candidates must:

• Be a senior at one of the North East Independent School District high schools.
• Plan to study education in college.
• Complete all the application requirements.
• Participate in the interview process.
